"I know, I know... going to the dentist is a drag, right? Not with ARC Dental Health. Dr.Rachel and Dr.Alvin are so pleasant to be around and make your dental experience a breeze. I’m the type of person who likes to know every little detail and make sure that I know what is going on. I didn’t even need to ask for them to explain procedures, billing, or x-rays. They did all of that on their own and didn’t miss a detail. Dr.Rachel is by far the most gentle dentist. I was nervous about shots since at my previous dentist I had a numbing situation and the shots hurt even after the numbing gel. BUT, I felt NOTHING when Dr.Rachel was working on me. The dental office itself is clean, spacious and very modern. It definitely makes your experience more comfortable!"

"I have always had a fear of dentist for as long as I could remember until I met Dr. Rachel while out getting ice cream with my twin boys of all places lol. She let me know about her Dental practice and it was right at a time where we were looking for a new dentist. My wife scheduled an appointment and said it was the best place ever. Dr Rachel and Dr Alvin are the nicest people in the world. They explain everything before they do anything and they always make sure you are comfortable the whole time. I am recently in the middle of a pretty rough root canal procedure and I have no words on how great they have done so far simply amazing! "My first visit to ARC Dental was for a routine check and it was anything but routine. Dr Rachel gave me a very thorough exam and cleaning. She takes the time to educate you about your oral health and is filled some pretty cool dental facts. You can tell she is truly passionate about being a Dentist. My visit did not feel rushed at all which is rare if you're used to going to a bigger dental practice. The office itself is clean and nicely decorated. It has these large windows they seat you in front of that overlook the water fountain which make for a peaceful visit. You get the red carpet treatment from beginning to end at this place.  I highly recommend this practice to all of my friends and family."

"In today’s world, very rarely do you find impeccable service. From the time I stepped into the office to the time I walked out, Dr. Rachel was kind, warm, knowledgeable, understanding, and also entertaining. It has been a while since I last visited a dentist and it was there that I realized why. The shame in not going for so long, the rapid impersonal service (get you in/out), and the anxiety of not knowing what’s going on but rather just taking the dentist’s recommendations really stood out during and after my appointment. "I started seeing Dr. Rachel at ARC a few months ago for Invisalign, and now I'll be going to her for all of my dental needs--this practice is crisp, state of the art and has all of the latest technology--I was really impressed from the moment I walked through the door. Additionally, the office is SUPER clean and well maintained--which is hard to find in this area. When I walked through the door, I immediately felt extremely comfortable by the ambience, the lighting and the friendly staff at the front desk. Can't say enough good things about ARC dental! The office is beautiful and has top of the line equipment, the chairs are so comfy I almost fell asleep! Dr. Rachel is amazing. She goes above and beyond. I've never had a dentist take such time and care with me before. Sarah is great also. They work well together and make the whole process seamless. Can't believe I'm going to say this, but I actually look forward to my next dental appointment!"

"Dr. Tambunan and Dr. Chu are fantastic doctors and my husband and I are their happy and grateful patients. They are both very caring, professional and have easy chairside manners. Their office is very clean, modern, and follow COVID protocols above and beyond. While I hear of other dental offices who have shuttered their doors during the pandemic, they have kept theirs open for the sake of helping and welcoming patients in their time of need. Yes, we still need to take care of our mouths, and now more than ever. I am a firm believer that problems should be diagnosed and treated (conservatively) sooner than later and that is why I am diligent about keeping my dental appointments. "One of my fillings fell out last year right before I found out I was pregnant and then with the pandemic it got pushed back even more and my old dentist really couldn't see me. I found ARC Dental through on social media I'm so glad I did. Best Dental experience I have ever had. The doctor was so sweet and explained all my treatment to me. I had to have a root canal but I wasn't worried at all, I knew I was it the best of hands. I don't have dental insurance right now and had to pay cash, but they had so many options for payment, and are having a "get back to healthy" promo so it worked out well for me. I highly recommend them!!"
